Atlanta Parenting Therapy is no longer accepting new clients and will be closing in April 2024

It takes a village.

An overused phrase? Sure. But there is truth to it. We were not created to do life alone. And we were especially not created to walk the journey of parenting and motherhood alone. Yet our world is full of “do more” and “be enough” messaging that leaves us feeling like we either have the choice to be super-human or totally crumble. As a mom, we are flooded with social media accounts that make postpartum look blissful and parenting toddlers look like a breeze. It can feel like everyone else has it figured out, yet your home feels chaotic and overwhelming. Let’s stop going at it alone and walk this path together, with support, empowerment, and confidence.

Atlanta Maternal Mental Health Therapy for Moms in Atlanta, GA

Therapy for moms.

Moms are in great need of support. The mental load of balancing a hundred things at all times is one of the most exhausting ways of being. Yet moms are expected to do it, day in and day out, with limited to no support, acknowledgement, or relief. Therapy is a place to be heard, to no longer carry the burden alone, and to discover a greater sense of self in the midst of the chaos.

Parenting Therapy.

The early years of parenting are hectic. Toddlers are unpredictable and being on the same team as parents can feel impossible. My greatest desire is to create a therapy space for parents to feel supported, seen, and challenged. I help parents get on the same page, create systems and structure that work for their family, and move towards connection with their little ones.

Hey! I’m Robbi Anne! Let’s start this journey together.
